Pamphlet Stitch: Great Success!

The first group of the day, busily punching holes for sewing.

This Saturday 18 participants in two separate classes joined me for a session of Pamphlet Stitch binding at the Falmouth Public Library – these classes were free of charge, made possible by a grant from the Massachusetts Local Cultural Council and additional support by the Library Trustees.

Everyone did really well and seemed to have a great time – hopefully there will be some more classes at the library soon – if you’d like to be kept updated about my latest classes, simply enter your email on the right over there where it says “Ruth’s Newsletter”.

Some helpful links for the class:

Some of the covers were made from nautical charts and sheet music!
